You will build and own the ML infrastructure for training, serving, and monitoring models behind Ads and Recommendations at NewsBreak. You'll collaborate with product and data teams to reduce latency, lower costs, and accelerate model deployment.

You will evolve large-scale recommendation systems and apply AI/LLM technologies to production, focusing on feed, retrieval, and ranking for tens of millions of users. You'll own end-to-end model development from offline training to online inference and A/B testing, while also contributing to 0→1 AI innovation projects.

You will work on real production systems across NewsBreak's ecosystem, including AI-powered monetization, newsletter systems, and AI initiatives, with mentorship from experienced engineers. High-performing interns are considered for full-time offers after the 12-week program.

Working with a full-time mentor, you'll independently drive experiments from zero to one. You'll contribute to **top-venue publications** during this hands-on research role.

You'll own the full **LLM post-training pipeline** at a **high-growth content intelligence platform**, focusing on reinforcement learning. You'll translate real-world use cases into training objectives and ship model improvements quickly. This role offers high ownership and direct collaboration with product and business teams.

You'll work with **NexBreak Venture** to ideate and launch AI-powered products from concept to traction. You'll **architect intelligent systems** and validate markets in a 0→1 builder role. This position offers hands-on experience at the intersection of technology and entrepreneurship.

You will act as the Navigator of the App Matrix strategy, identifying market opportunities and defining new products from 0 to 1. You'll lead the full product lifecycle, design A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and drive cross-functional teams to scale products globally.

You will lead the 0-to-1 iOS architecture for new products, ensuring extreme performance and scalability for tens of millions of users. Tackle deep technical bottlenecks like memory management and UI fluidity, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in the App Matrix to enable rapid business growth.

As an AI Development Intern at NewsBreak, you'll build and ship core app experiences end-to-end, integrate with backend APIs, improve performance, and help prototype AI-powered features. This role offers high ownership and real production impact in a fast-paced environment.
