You'll be the first People Operations presence in the UK, building out Coder's international People function ahead of launching our London entity. Your core impact will be owning the employee experience for **UK and EOR relationships** and helping to **build compliant employment infrastructure from the ground up**.

You'll **keep Coder’s internal systems secure** by owning security administration for core IT platforms like Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace. You'll work on **AI governance** for developer tooling at Coder, building enterprise-grade LLM gateways and agent firewalls. Your core impact includes shipping features, hardening security, and collaborating with customers.

You'll administer compensation and benefits programs for a **fast-growing AI software company** as it scales toward 200+ employees internationally. Your core impact will be ensuring employees understand and leverage their rewards, from comp review cycles to benefits enrollment. You'll report to the HR Manager and collaborate closely with Finance and People Ops.

You'll build and scale Coder's new Forward Deployed Engineering function within Customer Solutions, focusing on **post-sales onboarding** and **architecture 'get well' engagements**. You'll drive customer adoption of agentic development workflows while shaping the operating model to keep the team lean and leveraged. This role combines **customer-facing execution** with program design.
