You'll join the Messaging Team to build and scale the core patient engagement platform that serves over 400 safety-net healthcare organizations. You'll contribute to **messaging infrastructure** and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features that **deepen patient engagement**. This role grows your backend engineering skills in a mission-driven, fully distributed environment.

You'll **build and scale a high-value partner ecosystem** for a **mission-driven patient engagement platform** serving low-income populations. Your work will directly drive **revenue growth and health equity impact** across 500+ safety-net organizations.

You'll lead **CareMessage's operations** to scale patient impact across **450+ safety-net organizations**. Your mandate is to build the **operating model and AI strategy** that turns strategy into disciplined execution.

You'll join CareMessage, a nonprofit building a patient engagement platform to improve health equity for low-income populations. You'll deliver **scoped integration work** connecting external systems like EHRs (Epic, FHIR, HL7) to our platform. This role is execution-focused with **collaboration across Product, Customer Success, and Engineering**.

You'll own the strategy and execution of **Clinical Data and Interoperability** verticals at CareMessage, building **data infrastructure** to measure Health Equity impact. You'll lead interoperability strategy and deepen **EHR integrations** to support vulnerable patients.
