You'll own and scale **Workday HCM and Payroll** for a high-growth AI cloud company, leading a full-cycle implementation and building a small team. Your work will directly enable **SOX-compliant financial reporting** and real-time business visibility as Lambda prepares for public company operations.

You'll own the strategy for how Lambda's **AI research reaches the world**, defining what we say, where we say it, and why it lands. You'll **storyboard and edit original content**, dig into channel data to make the case for what deserves investment, and use **AI tooling to move fast and iterate**.

You'll **model data center investments** at Lambda, the AI cloud leader, and **shape market strategy** by evaluating power availability and competitive positioning. You'll **own leadership reporting** and execute transactions from LOI to close.

You'll protect **AI infrastructure** and **customer data** at Lambda, a leader in AI cloud. You'll build detections, respond to incidents, and harden systems, with direct access to **state-of-the-art LLMs**. You'll join Lambda's Infrastructure Engineering team to help build the operational foundation for one of the fastest-growing GPU cloud networks.
