You will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, working to improve ROI and drive growth. You'll collaborate with the marketing team, create compelling ad copy, target B2B audiences, and analyze performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

You'll build lasting client relationships for **CaseGuard's redaction software**, driving retention and growth. Your core impact is training clients and identifying upsell opportunities. You'll also travel to **industry conferences** representing the company.

You'll drive the evolution of **CaseGuard Studio**, a .NET desktop application for media redaction. You'll own significant areas of a large WPF codebase and **shape how the team builds software**.

You'll join the **desktop application team** at CaseGuard, ensuring quality for a **WPF-based application** through manual and automated testing. Your work will directly impact release-readiness and help build a **robust testing culture**. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on exploration and automation.
