You'll own full-cycle recruiting and people operations as the **first dedicated People hire** at a **well-funded insurance startup**. You'll build hiring playbooks, design comp frameworks, and shape culture from scratch, partnering directly with **leadership on org design**.

You'll build internal products and public web surfaces that make launching and running ETFs faster and more observable. Your work will **compress weeks of work into hours** and directly impact real workflows. You'll own features **end-to-end** from design to deployment.
