You'll build **autonomous AI agents** that coordinate freight for manufacturers and distributors, working side-by-side with founders to own critical infrastructure. As an early team member, you'll **design and scale AI systems** for complex logistics workflows and **integrate across enterprise systems** like SAP and Slack.

You'll be the bridge between **Wilson**, Cartage's autonomous freight coordinator, and **shippers**, making Wilson's work legible and trusted. You'll own the buyer relationship post-activation and drive retention and expansion.

You'll monitor **live shipments and workflows**, identifying where the AI **Wilson** breaks and stepping in only when necessary. Your core impact is turning failures into **actionable signal** for Product and Engineering.
