Church at the Park

You'll coordinate safe staffing across shelter sites, **monitor security conditions** during overnight shifts, and **respond to incidents** using trauma-informed care. Travel between properties in a C@P vehicle.

You'll provide emotional, social, and practical support to young adults (ages 18-24) experiencing mental health or substance use challenges. Using your **lived experience**, you'll offer hope, mentorship, and advocacy to help participants achieve recovery goals. This role also supports daily **shelter operations** including site cleanups and group meetings.

You'll provide **on-call coverage** at shelter sites in Salem & Monmouth, handling reception, hospitality, sanitation, and wellness checks. Your work ensures smooth **daily operations** in a trauma-informed environment. This role offers **flexible shifts** including evenings and weekends.

You'll work with individuals in a shelter program, providing emotional, social, and practical support to those experiencing mental health or substance use challenges.
