You'll shape how developers discover and engage with ZeroEntropy's **retrieval engine for AI systems**. Your core impact is making the developer experience best-in-class through **clear docs, beautiful demos, and high-signal community**. You'll have full autonomy to choose highest-leverage work, from content to product feedback loops.

You'll join a well-funded YC startup building next-gen search technology. You'll work on **state-of-the-art ML models** for information retrieval and create **scalable low-latency infrastructure** using Rust and Kubernetes. This role offers autonomy on complex projects and direct interaction with customers.
