As a Backend Engineer on the Enterprise Platform team, you'll design and develop the core control plane for AI applications, supporting multi-tenancy, RBAC, auth, AI guardrails, auditing, and observability. You'll build and optimize AI agent architecture, work closely with customers to ship high-impact features, and partner with product to define the roadmap. You will own the roadmap for Superblocks' enterprise platform, defining how customers onboard, manage access, scale securely, and operate with confidence in production. You'll partner with engineering to build platform primitives supporting security, scalability, and compliance, and work directly with enterprise customers to understand their operational and governance requirements.

You will own the roadmap for Superblocks' AI agent capabilities, defining how builders create, govern, and scale AI agents across organizations. You'll work in fast feedback loops with customers and engineers to build a category-defining product from the ground up.

You will design and optimize build systems and CI/CD pipelines to improve engineering efficiency. Partner with other engineers to streamline workflows and implement best-in-class tooling.

You will embed directly with enterprise customers to architect and implement complex internal tool solutions, develop custom integrations and applications, and act as a technical advisor translating customer requirements into scalable solutions. You will build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams, lead technical demonstrations, and guide customers in adopting Superblocks' platform for building internal tools. You'll collaborate across sales, product, and engineering to drive customer success and digital transformation.

You'll own product design at Superblocks, working with leadership to shape UX across the platform. You'll define design systems and collaborate closely with engineers to deliver polished experiences.

You will architect a React framework enabling bi-directional real-time editing across AI, visual, and code interfaces, and develop complex visual canvases, AI experiences, and component libraries. Partner with product and customers to define the roadmap and bring new builder and AI experiences to life.

As an early member of the Recruiting team, you'll partner with the lead recruiter and founders to build a world-class organization. You'll source and build relationships with top-tier operators, ensure noteworthy candidate experiences, and collaborate with the CEO/CTO on closing. This role demands a business-owner mindset and innovative sourcing strategies.
