You'll design and build software integrating **ATAK plugins** and **Android-native** solutions for tactical edge environments, owning features end-to-end. Your work ensures reliable data synchronization for **mission-critical use cases** in the public sector.

You'll own the product strategy and user journey across SaaS, Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC), and Self-Managed deployment models at Ditto, a fast-growing startup building **peer-to-peer sync** for mission-critical applications. You'll directly engage enterprise customers to translate complex infrastructure requirements into a clear product roadmap, acting as the connective tissue between customers, GTM teams, and engineering.

You'll own the core People function for a **fast-growing startup** redefining edge data sync. You'll lead **scalable people programs** from onboarding to compensation, partnering with leaders across the business to build a thriving team.
