As the Marketing Manager for MyALEXHealth, you will build the B2C demand generation engine for a new digital Medicare guide. You'll drive traffic, create content, manage social media, and navigate complex regulations—all while working with a small, senior team to help people transition from employer coverage to Medicare with confidence.

You will grow and develop talented engineers, drive delivery accountability, and champion AI-augmented engineering to accelerate development. You'll manage a team, set technical direction, and collaborate with product owners to deliver high-quality software.

You'll be a hands-on engineer on a small, high-ownership data team, working across the full data platform including **relational, warehouse, and lakehouse systems**. You'll build and operate pipelines that power compliance, analytics, and reporting workloads, and **mentor other engineers** while contributing to architectural decisions.
