You'll work closely with the Data and AI team to turn messy problems into practical solutions. You'll support **data and AI initiatives** across analysis, experimentation, and automation. This internship offers exposure to **real-world products** in a fast-growing fintech company.

You'll build the compliance framework for a **stablecoin-based payments product** at Lean Technologies, the leading financial infrastructure provider in MENA. You'll partner with legal, product, and commercial teams to **embed compliance into every stage of development** and **scale across multiple jurisdictions**. This role offers the chance to **shape a new strategic offering** from the ground up.

You'll **define infrastructure architecture** across hybrid multi-cloud environments and **build Kubernetes platforms** for multi-region scalability. You'll **own reliability strategy** as one of the first hires in our new Cairo office.

You'll lead **technical presales** and **client integrations** for an **open banking platform** in the MENA region, driving adoption and measurable business value.

You'll act as the strategic bridge between the business and the People team at Lean, building **the People Partnering function** from scratch. You'll own performance management cycles and design a manager enablement programme for a fast-scaling fintech. This role offers high impact in a company backed by top VCs.
