You will own the reliability and performance of production AI services, refactor distributed systems, and partner with ML researchers to productionize predictive systems at scale. This role focuses on real-world operational excellence and continuous improvement through incident response and postmortems.

You will manage the technical health of MixMode customers, acting as a primary technical resource. You'll handle support tickets, conduct training, deploy new features, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success with the cyber defense platform.

You'll design and operate production ML systems for petabyte-scale streaming data at a leading AI-powered cybersecurity company. Your core impact is ensuring ML systems are reliable, scalable, and performant in production, enabling fast evaluation. You'll collaborate with researchers and engineers to bring models into production and **continuously improve their behavior** at scale.
