You'll own **frontline IT support** and **endpoint operations** for a fast-growing company building the infrastructure layer for **real-time AI**. You'll ensure a distributed team stays productive with reliable, low-friction systems across identity, device management, and collaboration tools.

You'll build core product surfaces for LiveKit's developer platform, primarily on the web and CLI, using TypeScript and Go. You'll **design and ship features** that make AI agent infrastructure intuitive, engaging directly with developers to iterate on real usage. This is a core engineering role with a high bar for craft and product instinct.

You'll own and improve the **media pipeline** that brings voice into and out of LiveKit's real-time core. Your work powers recordings, ingest, and exports for thousands of voice AI applications. The role offers broad impact across every product built on LiveKit.
