You'll own how new customers experience **Tailwind** from signing to full activation as part of a fast-moving **B2B SaaS startup**. You'll build onboarding playbooks, define activation, and run the feedback loop into product. **This high-ownership role** works directly with founders.

You'll own technical integrations for brokerage customers, sitting at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. Your core impact is delivering value quickly and repeatedly by bridging product and customer needs. This role offers exposure to customers and influence over the roadmap.
