Our Founder Prior to founding Penny Linn, Krista LeRay worked in social media for Major League Baseball in New York City and created the popular lifestyle blog Covering the Bases. A needlepointer, Krista struggled to find canvases that suited her style, and decided to try her hand at painting them herself. After falling in love with the process and garnering attention for her unique style, she left her job to start Penny Linn, an ever-growing destination for her take on canvases, chic tools, accessories, and a thriving needlepoint community.
