You'll be a core contributor to our infrastructure, owning the systems that keep August Health fast, secure, and resilient as we scale. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where you'll work closely with our engineering team to shape how we build, deploy, and operate software with real influence over architecture decisions and engineering culture.

You'll build and ship a modern operating platform and EHR for senior living operators, using **React & TypeScript** on the frontend and **Scala & PostgreSQL** on the backend. Your work will directly empower caregivers to focus on resident well-being. This role offers significant ownership in a **mission-driven startup** backed by top-tier investors.

You'll support the rollout of **August Health's senior living platform** by executing configuration, data preparation, and training tasks. You'll free up Implementation Managers to focus on strategy while **owning execution-heavy workstreams** across multiple customer projects.
