FutureFit AI

You'll build the **AI-powered platform** that helps people get to better jobs faster, owning features end-to-end from design to production. You'll have **real influence** over how we build, working with high velocity and a high bar. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to turn customer needs into **reliable software**.

You'll assess and upgrade **production data pipelines** and **ML infrastructure** for a mission-driven AI platform. Your core impact will be **designing durable systems** and implementing fixes hands-on to support scale.

You'll lead **recommender systems** and **NLP/ML pipelines** at a mission-driven startup helping people find better jobs. Your work directly impacts economic inequality by powering **agentic AI solutions** for workforce development.

You'll **build matching and recommendation models** that connect people to jobs, skills, and pathways at **FutureFit AI**. Your work will directly shape the job seeker experience and help resolve economic inequality. You'll partner with Engineering and Product to **ship models from idea to production**.

You'll own FutureFit AI's brand voice, story, and social presence, focusing on **short-form video** and **LinkedIn** as primary channels. You'll drive operational ownership of our video series on the future of work, earning attention in a serious industry. This role blends content creation with cross-functional partnership to amplify impact.

You'll extend the executive team's bandwidth by handling **executive support** and **project/operations work**, helping a mission-driven AI company scale. You'll wield the modern AI toolkit daily to produce the output of two people. This role is sixty percent executive support and forty percent project work.

You'll join FutureFit AI's Integrations & Platform team to build **scalable backend systems** for **complex integrations** with government and enterprise partners. Your work will eliminate manual operational work and set the team up to move faster with less friction.
