Intro

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems that power Intro's product, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and reliable solutions.

As the Head of Brand Design, you will architect Intro's visual universe, setting the global creative vision while remaining hands-on to execute premium design work at high volume. You will lead the creation of assets for paid ads, organic social, lifecycle marketing, blog, and web, and collaborate with the CEO and founding team to translate business goals into visual stories.

You will create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram to build brand awareness and drive conversion. You'll translate the stories of experts and founders into engaging, polished videos that resonate with audiences.

You'll build and maintain our iOS app using **Swift** and **SwiftUI**, collaborating with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features. Your work will directly impact thousands of users seeking access to top experts. We're backed by **Andreessen Horowitz** and growing fast.

You will drive the design process from ideation to execution for mobile and web platforms, creating intuitive, user-centered designs through research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. You'll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to iterate and refine features, while also developing and maintaining a cohesive design system. You will research, write, and edit high-quality content for marketing and editorial projects across blog, SEO, social, landing pages, lifecycle, and special initiatives. Using AI tools to accelerate production while maintaining a human voice, you will translate complex ideas about company-building into clear, engaging writing.

You will guide new experts through onboarding and profile completion, coordinate social media launch strategies, and nurture a community of engaged experts. You'll help ensure experts have successful launches and identify opportunities for referrals to drive organic growth.

As a Brand Designer on the Marketing team, you will design graphic assets for paid ads, organic social, blog, email, and web, support performance campaigns and brand initiatives, execute multiple assignments in parallel, build a library of design assets, and translate briefs into clean creative in a fast-moving, async environment.

You will create high-impact short-form video for social platforms, own post-production for performance campaigns and editorial content, and lead full edits from structure to final polish. You'll collaborate with a creative entrepreneurial team in a fast-paced environment.
