You will expand RQD Clearing's client network and manage matched-book activity across the securities lending platform. Your role involves developing new business, optimizing pricing and balance sheet efficiency, and coordinating with operations, risk, and compliance to ensure timely settlements and regulatory adherence.

You will manage the day-to-day operations of RQD's locate business, processing and fulfilling locate requests for hard-to-borrow securities while ensuring compliance with Reg SHO. You'll optimize inventory utilization, build counterparty relationships, and contribute to the growth of the securities finance platform.

You will lead RQD's digital asset strategy and execution, working with senior management to define the roadmap. This role involves overseeing blockchain integration, compliance frameworks, and client education, with a focus on tokenized assets and stablecoins.

You will monitor client risk exposure and process margin requirements, working closely with operations and settlement teams to ensure compliance with regulations. This role involves daily risk monitoring, margin call analysis, and collaboration on ad hoc risk assessments.
