Your work will directly impact how founders and GTM leaders run their pipeline. You'll ship to production every week and have **outsized influence on the product** as an early team member.

You'll **own product UX** across Cardinal's AI platform for precision outbound, defining how the product feels end-to-end. You'll **turn complex workflows into intuitive interfaces** and ship in Framer. This role is core to the company—you'll directly impact growth.
