You'll lead **drug discovery strategy** for an **AI-powered stealth biotech startup**. You will select therapeutic targets, evaluate AI-generated drug candidates, and make go/no-go decisions to advance compounds from computational generation to real-world testing. You'll work directly with founders and the model team, bridging biology and AI.

You'll own day-to-day operations of our **Union Square headquarters** and provide executive support to co-founders, blending business logistics with personal assistance. You'll enable the team to focus on science by handling everything from office management to travel coordination. This role offers significant growth as the company scales.
