You'll **own product development end-to-end** on a 3-6 week cadence, from concept through rollout. You'll partner deeply with Product and Design, translating ambiguous ideas into technical requirements. You'll build across the stack with a focus on user value and business impact.

You'll **design and train custom ML models** for FINNY's AI-powered growth platform for financial advisors. Your work will directly improve **search, matching, and recommendation systems** that connect advisors with clients. This is a model-first role where you'll own the full lifecycle from research to production.
