You'll join a newly-formed, high-intensity AI product pod building the "Second Brain" for Chief People Officers. You'll own features end-to-end and ship at incredible velocity, directly impacting products used by **thousands of C-level executives** from top companies. This role requires you to be an **AI-native engineer** who is customer-centric and eager to create delightful experiences.

You'll execute cross-functional projects spanning GTM, product, community, and recruiting as a **Swiss Army Knife** operator. You'll partner with leadership to **scale a high-growth startup** from the inside. This role offers exposure to every part of a startup with **10x growth speed**.

You'll partner directly with the **Founder/CEO** to run every part of a high-velocity AI-first startup, leading a new **0-to-1 AI launch** while building systems to scale operations from 1-to-10. This role offers exposure to every function and is ideal for a deeply ambitious operator.
