You'll own the **full recruiting lifecycle** for a **high-growth technology company**, sourcing and closing top candidates across technical and business roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and refine processes to build a scalable recruiting engine.

You'll conduct threat modeling, improve automated tooling, and drive a culture of secure development. This hands-on role is ideal for building secure systems from scratch.

You'll drive growth throughout our engineering organization at **Turnkey**, a web3 key management API. You'll shape the **engineering strategy** and lead a high-performing team building decentralized infrastructure. Join us in rewriting the rules of crypto security.

You'll be the **first dedicated corporate security hire**, protecting Turnkey's people, endpoints, SaaS, and internal infrastructure.
