You will establish and operationalize frameworks and processes to scale Medrio's product portfolio and partner offerings, ensuring operational readiness for existing products and releases. You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Services, Sales, Marketing, and external partners to drive alignment and accountability.

You will design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering, product, and UX teams to drive a culture of quality. You'll implement robust automation using Python and Robot Framework, leverage AI tools to boost development velocity, and mentor junior engineers.

You will develop and document Medrio's SaaS platform, improving functionality and quality. You'll implement features, contribute to QA, create documentation, and provide operational support in a regulated environment.

You will maintain and support all environments for Medrio's platform, monitoring for issues, configuring alerting/self-healing, updating documentation, troubleshooting with developers, designing architectural solutions, and mentoring junior engineers. Your work directly supports the development lifecycle of a product that advances human health.

You'll lead Medrio's engineering, IT ops, and deployment teams, driving an AI-first strategy for a multi-product SaaS platform in the clinical trial market. Your core impact will be to build the high-performance team and technical infrastructure needed to reach $100M in bookings by 2028. This role stands out as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO.

You'll lead **product vision and roadmap** for Medrio's eClinical suite, driving to $100M in bookings by 2028. You'll own **customer discovery** using Steve Blank's methodology and set **AI-forward product strategy** for SMB clinical trial customers. This is a remote executive role reporting to the CEO.
