You'll support **solution positioning engagements** for a **managed security service provider** and architect **identity defense deployments**. You'll enable operational delivery success while contributing to service engineering evolution for the Unified Security Posture Management portfolio.

You'll manage **firewall policies and deployments** for enterprise clients in a fast-paced SOC. Your work will **optimize network security postures** through rule analysis and hardware refreshes. You'll collaborate with vendors and customers to **mitigate emerging threats**.

You'll conduct hypothesis-driven threat hunts across customer environments, prioritize detection gaps, and translate findings into scalable detection content. You will work with Threat Intelligence and Detection Engineering to improve our defensive posture. This mid-level role offers a clear path toward ownership of the threat hunting program.

You'll serve as the first point of contact for customer calls and perform **Level 1 triage** in a Network Operations and Security Operations Center environment. Your daily focus will be monitoring alarms and responding to alerts from **security and network infrastructure** such as firewalls, IPS/IDS, and SIEM tools. You'll gain exposure to enterprise-class customers across hospitality, finance, manufacturing, and communications.

You'll serve as the **initial point of contact** for customer calls and perform **Level 1 triage** in a Network Operations and Security Operations Center. Your work directly supports the **security of enterprise-class customers** across multiple industries.

You'll join Digital Hands' SOC to manage and optimize firewall solutions for enterprise clients. Your core impact involves daily firewall rule deployments, hardware/software refreshes, and security assessments. You'll collaborate with top brands in hospitality, finance, and manufacturing.

You'll conduct **hypothesis-driven threat hunting** across customer environments to identify threats that evade automated detection. Your work will directly improve our **defensive posture** by translating findings into scalable detection capabilities. This mid-level role offers a clear path toward **owning the threat hunting program** at an innovative MSSP.

You'll support **launching the Identity Defense Platform** and define scalable service models for **Unified Security Posture Management**. You'll lead technical discovery, design identity architectures, and enable operational delivery for enterprise customers.
