As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Outlive, you will own end-to-end development of product features across mobile (React Native/Expo), web (Next.js), and backend (NestJS/Node.js). You'll translate complex health concepts into usable experiences, drive technical decisions balancing speed and quality, and help establish high engineering standards in a HIPAA-aware environment.

You will own the entire Outlive product experience end-to-end, translating complex medical and behavioral concepts into intuitive user interfaces for iOS and web. You'll build a design system from scratch, work closely with engineering and scientific advisors, and shape the visual and interaction language of a zero-to-one health platform.

You will own the development and evolution of Outlive's React Native application, the primary interface for users engaging with daily tactics, health insights, and longitudinal progress. You'll implement complex stateful experiences, integrate with REST APIs, and ensure accessibility and performance in a HIPAA-aware environment.

You will build and maintain Outlive's web experience using Next.js and React, implementing responsive UI, managing data fetching, integrating payments, and collaborating with design and product teams to translate complex health concepts into clear user interfaces.

You will own the cloud infrastructure for Outlive's mobile, web, and backend systems, ensuring scalability, observability, and security in a HIPAA-aware environment. You'll design and maintain GCP infrastructure using Terraform, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement monitoring strategies to support the team's iterative development.

You will design and evolve core backend services for Outlive's health intelligence platform, working primarily with TypeScript and NestJS. Your work will involve building secure APIs, managing data with Prisma and Postgres, implementing background jobs, and ensuring observability. You'll collaborate closely with frontend and infra engineers to shape the foundation of a system that helps people improve their long-term health.
