You'll lead and coach a pod of SDRs to drive outbound excellence. Reporting to the SDR Manager, your core impact is scaling our outbound motion and improving funnel quality. You'll work at a **fast-growing Series A** startup backed by top investors like Balderton Capital.

You'll help shape the future of Hook's product experience, turning **complex data and workflows** into elegant, intuitive user interfaces using **TypeScript and React**. You'll have real ownership of features from concept to deployment and influence front-end architecture as we grow.

You'll work across the stack to **design and build product features** that drive customer growth. You'll own significant parts of our product architecture and **lead new improvements**. It's a chance to shape engineering processes at a fast-growing Series A company.
