You'll own the systems that make our product fast, reliable, and scalable at a company transforming e-commerce returns. You'll build **clean APIs and robust data models** that turn returns chaos into margin protection. This role offers **real ownership** and direct work with founders in a low-meetings, high-ownership culture.

You'll **build fast, beautiful interfaces** for merchants using Next.js/TypeScript, turning returns data into action. You'll **own the frontend experience end-to-end** from ideation to metrics. Work closely with founders in a lean, profitable startup.

You'll work directly with the Marketing Lead at 8returns, a Berlin-based B2B SaaS startup building the infrastructure for intelligent returns. You'll get hands-on experience across content, digital execution, and operational enablement. This is a chance to **shape a brand** from day one and **learn the full GTM toolbox** while owning real projects.
