You'll build the personal brand of our Head of Patient Care from the ground up, creating engaging short-form video content. You'll gain **hands-on experience** in content strategy and production while working with an **experienced marketing team**. This role offers **direct mentorship** and portfolio-building opportunities.

You'll own and evolve the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy, focusing on building scalable customer journeys that drive **engagement**, **retention**, and **long-term growth**. This role partners with Product, Data, and Growth teams to align lifecycle efforts with business goals at a leading telemedicine company.

You'll support Winona's influencer program by sourcing, outreaching, and managing creators on TikTok and Instagram. Your work will **drive creator-led growth** and **scale high-performing assets** for paid and organic channels. This role offers **unlimited PTO** in a remote-first environment.
