You'll design and optimize workflows within Smartling's AI-native platform, driving **process improvements** that increase efficiency. You'll manage **UI localization workflows** for a client-owned platform, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors. You'll identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to ensure **multilingual product quality**.

You'll **source and engage high-potential prospects** for Smartling's AI-native translation platform, qualifying active buying interest as the first point of contact.
