You'll join the Overdose Data to Action program to provide **education, outreach, and linkage to care** for individuals with substance use disorders. You'll conduct community outreach and build **partnerships with service providers** to increase access to resources. This role supports a CDC Foundation initiative in Southern Nevada.

You'll provide **epidemiologic support** to programs within the Division of Community-based Prevention and Care at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. You'll conduct **data analysis** using clinical and population-based surveillance data and support program evaluation. This is a hybrid position with the CDC Foundation until June 2026.

You'll guide the launch and integration of community paramedicine teams within Kentucky's crisis care continuum, coordinating with EMS agencies and state partners. Your work will directly strengthen the **Rapid Response to Recovery program** and improve **behavioral health crisis response** in rural communities.

You'll manage day-to-day activities for the OD2A program, overseeing a team and coordinating with stakeholders. You'll **lead project implementation** and **support overdose prevention efforts** across jurisdictions. This role offers the chance to **impact public health** at the national level.

You'll coordinate a telepsychiatry hub enabling real-time consultations for rural hospitals and clinics. You'll support modernization of Utah's EMSA system, orchestrating complex data flows with **Apache Kafka** and **Amazon Kinesis**. Your work will decouple services and ensure data consistency across distributed boundaries, building resilient systems for massive scale. This role directly impacts public health during outbreaks.

You'll play a key role in strengthening Utah's disease surveillance system by enhancing the EpiTrax platform. You'll focus on reducing duplicate data entry, improving data visibility, and automating outbreak tracking to support real-time public health responses. This role is critical during high-volume events like the current measles outbreak.

You'll evaluate Electronic Case Reporting (eCR) data to support Utah's measles outbreak response. You'll analyze high-volume clinical data to identify insights on disease transmission and patient risk factors. This role transforms raw clinical data into **actionable intelligence** for **real-time public health decision-making**.

You'll work with the New Jersey Department of Health's Vaccine Preventable Disease Program to ensure **federally funded vaccines** are stored and managed properly across 750+ providers.
