You'll drive engagement through onboarding, training, and strategic check-ins while serving as the **voice of the customer** to product teams. You'll own and grow product lines end-to-end at a fast-growing compensation startup backed by Accel and YC. You'll work on scaling to **X0,000+ users** and **enterprise-grade features** like authorization and customizability. Join a small team of <10 in our SF office near Embarcadero, **4-5 days/week**.

You'll own and grow compensation software for **high-impact companies** like Linear and Roblox. Core impact: build scalable systems for **leveling, cycles, and offers** at an inflection-point startup. You'll collaborate in-person **in SF** 4-5 days/week with a small, fast team.

You'll lead the design function at Complete, a compensation software company backed by Accel and YC.
