Primary

You'll conduct market research and source **investment opportunities** in early-stage fintech and AI startups. You'll perform **thorough due diligence** including financial analysis and market assessment. This role offers hands-on experience with portfolio support and thought leadership.

You'll build a **data-backed view on AI compute demand** and hardware architecture trends to drive live investment decisions. Your work will become an **ongoing intelligence function** for Primary's Select team. You'll directly partner with a **venture capital partner** on high-stakes analysis.

You'll own end-to-end production of Primary's annual Summit and run 25-30 curated events per year. You'll manage sponsor relationships, vendor partnerships, and the operational infrastructure that makes it all work. This role sits at the intersection of **relationship management**, **production discipline**, and **network curation**.

You'll work directly with the AI Infrastructure Investment team to identify, validate, and shape new company ideas at the frontier of local **AI and agent frameworks**. You'll build production-grade **agents for real use cases** that serve as the technical foundation for new ventures. This role has the opportunity to step into a **founding role** within a company you help incubate.
