You'll review transaction monitoring alerts and conduct AML investigations across a concurrent case queue. Your core impact is determining whether activity can be cleared, mitigated, or escalated, with clear documentation. This role offers **high autonomy** working directly with **innovative early-stage startups**.

You'll serve as the front line for **customer support** across Slack, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues and **supporting internal operations** for a fast-growing startup. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for our customers and improving support processes over time.
