You'll lead conversion optimization for Trust & Will's estate planning platform, building AI-driven onboarding and experimenting to **boost purchase conversion**. You'll mentor engineers and drive a data-informed culture in a collaborative team.

You'll own **paid acquisition** across search, social, affiliate, influencer, and app channels for a **leading digital estate planning platform**. Your work will directly impact CAC, ROAS, and LTV as you scale campaigns and drive efficient growth.

You'll shape how financial advisors, attorneys, and nonprofit partners help millions of families get their estate plans in place. You'll be embedded in the **Professionals squad** — the fastest-growing part of our business — owning complex, multi-sided design problems end-to-end from research through ship. This is a **high-autonomy role** where you'll work alongside Product and Engineering from discovery through delivery.

You'll own the analytical engine driving growth for a **leading digital estate planning platform**. You'll work across product, marketing, and revenue to uncover conversion, retention, and LTV drivers and translate them into actionable decisions.
