You'll own the full search channel for a **high-growth DTC eyewear brand**, managing both paid search and organic SEO. You'll scale multi-million dollar campaigns to hit **customer acquisition cost targets** and drive incremental revenue. You'll lead coating operations for prescription eyewear in our Irvine manufacturing facility. You'll drive team performance and process improvements to maximize productivity. This role offers **the opportunity to shape production excellence** in a **fast-paced, people-focused environment**.

You'll lead and evolve the Pair Eyewear brand across all touchpoints, reporting to the VP of Marketing. You'll be responsible for **defining and driving our creative vision**, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring everything feels cohesive and distinctly Pair.
