You'll lead Mindvalley's global social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You'll manage a team of specialists, **optimize content performance**, and collaborate with SEO teams to **maximize reach and discoverability**. You'll be the face and voice of our premium learning experiences, creating an engaging virtual container for students. You'll own the live session, energize the room, and bridge speakers with the community, while acting as a feedback loop owner to drive program improvements. **You'll manage speaker prep, host live sessions**, and **analyze student sentiment** to provide data-driven insights.

You'll work directly with founder Vishen Lakhiani in Mindvalley's Innovation Team, turning raw ideas into working prototypes and market-ready products. You'll **build functional AI prototypes** using Claude Code and GPT, and **architect high-impact launches** for new apps and ventures. This is a rare founder apprenticeship for an exceptional, emotionally grounded operator.
