You'll work to improve the reliability and availability of our services, designing and scaling back-end systems at a fast-growth YC startup. You will help **deploy a grid of lasers (Free Space Optics)** to bring affordable internet connectivity to next billion users, leveraging **crypto and blockchain** for distributed infrastructure ownership.

You'll join a YC-backed startup building decentralized broadband infrastructure. You'll **design and implement** on-chain logic on Solana/Algorand for distributed ownership, DAOs, and staking. This role offers **early-stage impact** and the chance to define Web3 connectivity for next billion users.

You'll **build full-stack Web3 interfaces** for a **YC-backed telecom startup** that deploys laser-based internet infrastructure. Your work will directly connect the next billion users with affordable access, and you'll help shape core products on the Solana blockchain.
