You will research and build perception algorithms for autonomous spacecraft, combining computer vision and machine learning to detect and classify unknown space targets in real-time. You'll own the perception tooling, model training infrastructure, and evaluation frameworks, working across autonomy and mission teams.

You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of federal acquisition for a space defense startup, translating technical capabilities into winning proposals for U.S. Space Force and other agencies. Your work directly contributes to national security space capabilities and shapes the company's strategic growth.

You will lead development of state estimation and prediction models for autonomous spacecraft operations, designing algorithms that fuse probabilistic estimation with machine learning to track targets, predict trajectories, and assess intent. Working in an 'extreme ownership' engineering culture, you'll integrate models into mission simulation and autonomy systems.

You will develop decision-making systems for autonomous spacecraft, creating algorithms that evaluate mission context and execute optimal actions in real-time. Your work bridges perception, prediction, and control, enabling resilient autonomous behavior in communications-limited environments.
