Pathstream

You'll own and grow a **strategic relationship with a Fortune 50 client** end-to-end, working cross-functionally across strategy, analytics, and execution. You'll directly guide operations and marketing teams to drive program success and identify longer-term opportunities for product and engineering. This high-visibility role reports to the COO and offers significant ownership.

You'll **lead engineering teams** at Pathstream, driving **AI-native engineering practices** and shaping technical strategy. Your core impact will be advancing agentic workflows and elevating team performance across the organization.

You'll craft high-quality, learner-centered curriculum for online delivery on the Pathstream platform. Your work will transform frontline teams by building real-world skills. You'll leverage **learning science** and **AI tools** to drive measurable outcomes.
