You'll lead Knock's small but growing platform team, building and scaling core services and infrastructure. You'll own the team's roadmap and have high autonomy in shaping how we operate, reporting directly to the CTO. **This is the first engineering manager hire** and offers a chance to **define the platform engineering culture** from the ground up.

You'll build, scale, and maintain the core infrastructure powering Knock's product notification platform. Your impact will ensure **99.95% uptime** and support **10x to 100x growth**. You'll have high autonomy and ownership on a remote-first team backed by top investors.

You'll be the primary technical point of contact for customers using **Knock's cross-channel notification platform**. You'll help developers implement and adopt the product, ensuring their success from trial to expansion.
