You'll be the first dedicated Enterprise AE at Adapt, building the enterprise sales motion from scratch. You'll own complex, multi-stakeholder deals against legacy incumbents in the P&C insurance space. You'll architect the **entire GTM stack** at a venture-backed startup building agentic workflow layers for P&C insurance. Your core impact will be designing **AI-powered systems** that scale revenue operations 10x. This role offers true partnership with sales leadership and the chance to **build foundations** that compound as the team grows.

You'll work closely with the team and early customers to build a **world-class agentic platform** for P&C insurance. You'll own hard technical problems **through the entire development lifecycle**. This is a role at a post-PMF startup solving complex automation challenges in a massive industry.
