You'll sit at the intersection of **payments platform**, membership, and credit teams to optimize transaction costs and success rates. Your work directly impacts company profitability. You'll partner with Data Science and Engineering to drive smarter collection decisions.

You'll leverage product thinking and analytical expertise to monitor and scale our payments infrastructure, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements. You'll sit on the Data and Analytics team embedded within Team Money, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Compliance. Your work will have an **outsized impact on the bottom line** by optimizing payment workflows and ensuring **regulatory compliance**.

You'll **own the credit strategy** for a **fast-growing fintech** expanding into Line of Credit products. You'll lead a team to **scale underwriting using alternative cashflow data** in near-prime consumer segments.

You'll own the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Brigit's growth and revenue engines, including **subscription and pricing**. You'll partner with Marketing, Design, and Engineering to **optimize conversion and retention**. This role blends strategic bets with rigorous experimentation to drive member growth.

You'll lead a **Growth engineering team** to help low-income Americans access financial products. You'll drive **rapid experimentation** and **iteration** to expand our user funnel. This role partners cross-functionally with product, design, data, and marketing.

You'll help scale Brigit's next-generation consumer finance platform to millions of users. You'll own features end-to-end, from frontend to backend, using **React/React Native** and **Java**. You'll have significant autonomy in shaping both technology and product direction.

You'll lead and evolve the People function at a holistic financial health company, partnering with the COO and executive team to scale the organization. You'll design multi-year HR strategy, drive talent and performance management, and champion employee experience. This onsite role in NYC offers the chance to shape culture at a recognized innovative startup.

You'll own the **dbt project** end-to-end, maintaining models and orchestration in Snowflake. You'll define **shared metrics** and drive **data quality and observability** across the analytics layer.
