You'll grow the engineering services business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new clients in crypto and fintech. You'll work closely with the CEO to drive revenue and build lasting customer relationships. You'll own the entire commercial side of **Memco**, building the memory layer for AI agents. You'll turn design partnerships and early pilots into **revenue** and a scalable commercial engine. This is a founding team seat with real ownership.
