You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive **successful deployment and adoption** of software solutions for transit agencies. This role offers the chance to work remotely and travel occasionally while making a real impact on community mobility.

You'll join a cross-functional product team enabling transit agencies to manage onboard hardware systems, building software for edge devices, cloud connectivity, and backend services. You'll work across the full vertical to improve public transit reliability. **IoT and embedded systems** expertise is key, and you'll collaborate with **Product, Design, and Engineering** to deliver customer impact.

You'll design **transit agency software** that turns operational data into **trusted real-time information** or **clear historical analysis**. Partner with product and engineering from discovery through high-fidelity design, owning the user experience for professionals who depend on accuracy.

You'll lead a cross-functional product team building **real-time operational tools** for transit agencies. Your team owns **Live Operations dispatch dashboard** and **GPS Playback analysis**. You'll balance sustaining established products while building new communication capabilities for dispatchers.
