You'll **join a talent community** for future roles at **Community Action House Resale Stores** in Holland, MI. Your work will **fund programs that build community strength** through donated goods. No thrift experience is needed—training is provided.

You'll join a **dynamic outreach team** to connect individuals experiencing homelessness with **stable housing solutions**. You will navigate various community sites, build **meaningful relationships**, and advocate for our unhoused neighbors in Ottawa County.

You'll serve as the first point of contact for guests, connecting them to **internal and external resources** like Food Club and Financial Wellness. You'll perform **triage and intake** to refer guests to appropriate services and help remove barriers. This role focuses on **empathy and creative problem-solving** in a mission-driven environment.

You'll **partner with the Strategic Leadership Team** to translate vision into actionable operational systems. Your core impact will be **designing and implementing enterprise-wide workflows** that improve efficiency and accountability. This role stands out as a **trusted advisor to departmental leaders** during a period of organizational growth.

You'll maintain functionality of physical spaces at our Holland, MI locations, performing **routine maintenance** and responding to repair requests. You'll work independently while collaborating with the **Logistics & Facilities team** to support daily operations.
