You'll support the ML model lifecycle that allows devices to decode evidence, improving model performance and addressing drift. You'll frame real-world problems into ML problems, leverage cutting-edge research, and build **visualization and monitoring tools** for data and model quality. Collaborate across teams and product to deliver solutions that fit business requirements.

You'll join the integrations team to integrate **real-time law enforcement systems** like computer-assisted-dispatch (CAD). You'll partner daily with customers and vendors to **deliver custom integrations** that provide real-time crime context.

You'll design and build the **agentic AI architecture** for Night Shift, an AI research assistant that automates case investigation steps for law enforcement. Your core impact will be owning the **AI evaluation framework** and making complex systems measurable and dependable. This role offers early technical ownership and the chance to shape **public safety technology** at scale.

You'll design and implement systems for real-time communication between drones and ground control stations. Your work will enable autonomous operations for a public safety operating system. You'll leverage deep Rust expertise in a remote-first team focused on reducing crime.
